Aggie is a gorgeous girl, with a beautiful head, and lovely kind nature to match. Lightly shown, every time won 1st or 2nd, Overall Shetland Championship and several reserves.

In size and type, reminds us very much of her grand-dam - T. Cornish Cream. Aggie has consistently produced top quality championship-winning foals three stallions and in 2025 won the SPSBS National Award for the dam with the most successful offspring…out of the whole country. Tawna Freckles

Born 2015. Sweetness personified - both in looks and character. From the moment she was born we have loved this little darling.

She has done extremely well in the show ring including Junior and overall Miniature Championships, and one Reserve Supreme.

Freckles is not heavily built, but she has that  special ‘Look at Me’ factor.

She has given us two beautiful bay and white filly foals, and two smart colts all by Rubus.

Tawna Tia Maria

National In-Hand Show Awards Scheme - section winner 2011 (joint). Tia is gorgeous - a quality mare with a lot of presence.

Believe it or not she is technically a broken-colour - white streak in tail and a small white patch between her back legs! Tested Mu/N = mushroom carrier. Has won several Junior Champs in her youth, and Mini Champs as a mare.

Has had 3 superb foals by Mr Bojangles and a smart colt by Charlie in 2026

Tawna Celeste

This is a really beautiful, classy mare with a lovely bold eye. Celeste is very correct, well proportioned and straight moving. She was a very slow developer but we are extremely pleased with the way she's turned out.

Very lightly, but successfully shown. Tested Mu/N = mushroom carrier. Has produced two licensed stallions, with another in the pipeline.

Tawna Lucy Glitters

Born 2021. Lucy is one of our first foals by Charlie.

Lucy is a substantial girl who has quite a bit of attitude. We like the bays: she is a nice dark shade, and her 2022 baby brother - T Burlington Bertie is a fabulous bright bay and white. Lucy is tested as Mu/N

Lucy was lightly shown as a two year old, winning 1st or 2nd every time, and Junior Champion at County level. Her powerful paces remind me of her Auntie Dolly - Daisy’s full sister. Photo as 2 year old.

Tawna Dolly Dimple

A square, strong mare with broad forehead, huge eyes, and big powerful paces. Dolly has a distinctive fore leg - below the knee is ‘grey’ - a curious area of white hairs - presumably a near-miss white sock!

She was shown 10 times as a youngster, and was 1st or 2nd all but once + won several Jun Champs & Res Jun Champ. We are particularly pleased with her matings to Champagne Charlie - three exceptional fillies, and a palomino colt

Tawna Fuchsia

Fuchsia couldn't be anybody but Flora's foal - always has ears pricked . . . always 'smiling'. She's an attractive girl and has been well placed at every show outing, including several Championships and Reserves in her youth.

Every one of her foals have been excellent, and she is a super mother. We have retained two of her daughters - Pansy and Daphne.

Tawna Pansy

Born 2015. Sprite’s babies have always been in such demand that we didn’t manage to retain any until Pansy came along. She was so pretty, with such a big character that we just had to keep her.

She is a an extremely bold girl who likes to be at the front of the queue at all times…and is a bit of an escape artist, which we put down to being very intelligent!

Has had foals by Rio and Rubus.

Tawna Marina

National In-Hand Show Awards Scheme - section runner-up 2013. This pretty girl has inherited her dam's glamorous image, and her sire's great presence. Marina’s only real showing season was in 2013 - winning a number of classes + 2 x Jun Champs & 2 x Res. Jun. Champs. She’s since produced several beautiful foals, including three who are mushroom and white (she is Mu/N) by Rubus.

Tawna Alice

Born 2019 This special girl has done us proud in the show ring. Shown mostly as a 2 & 3 y o, her achievements included Mini Jun Champ, and Res Mini Champ at the Breed Show, also Mini Jun Champs and Reserve at two County shows.

As can be seen in the photo (as a 3 y o) she has stunning movement. She is beautiful inside and out, always a pleasure to handle. Tested Mu/N for the mushroom gene. Has produced 3 palomino foals by Charlie. We have retained her 2025 filly - Amelia.

Tawna Betsy Blue

Born 2018. One of only three Sprite daughters in the stud, Betsy is built for comfort - not for speed!

This lovely mare is deep-bodied and solid. She was shown very successfully as a yearling but it’s doubtful that we will ever slim her down enough to get into the show ring again - which is a shame because she is a cracking pony.

Yet to have a foal….we live in hope. Perhaps rearing a baby might slim that waistline! Tested as Mu/N.

Tawna Sherry

Born 2019 Sherry is the sweetest natured pony imaginable. She is our only black, and stands out amongst all our skewbalds. Tested as Mu/N.

To date (2023) she has only been shown 4 times, but has achieved overall Res Champ Foal, Mini Jun Champ, and Mini Champ at various ages.

Sherry loves being with people and has attended a Christmas fun show where she tolerated all sorts of dressing up, including bells on her legs!   Photo as 3 y o.

Tawna Florence

This was Flora's final baby before retiring, and we could not be more pleased. She is so  beautiful and has an extremely placid nature like her mother. ...a bit too laid-back at times!

Shown seven times as a yearling, winning 3 x 1st, 3 x 2nd & 2 x Res Jun Champs. Used as a calming field companion to a riding horse for a few years, she produced her first foal - Finley (now a licensed stallion) - by Kerswell Sprite in 2020 and loved motherhood. 

Tawna Daphne

Born 2020 Daphne is a lovely chunky girl with beautiful even markings. She has the sweetest nature - super-friendly… and very placid, which I’m afraid has earned her the nick name ‘Dozy Daphne’!

Sadly, her first foal was still-born. She has been running with Charlie for a 2026 foal. If it’s as beautiful as her we will be very happy.

Tawna Florentina

Born 2021. Florrie has the most endearing personality….not surprising with Florence as her mother.

An attractive filly, she is the first of Bo’s fillies that we have retained. She displays the clear stamp that he puts on all his foals - good type, nice fronts and top-lines, well-set tails and very sound limbs.

Shown twice as a yearling, Florrie achieved 2nd on both occasions - beaten both times by Tawna Red Ember!

Tawna Rosetta

Born 2017. A lovely mare by Tristan (sold to the South Park/Fairy stud),

Etta was a solid, strong girl from the start. We’re not terribly fond of the strawberry roan colouring, but she is an excellent type with a nice sensible nature, and such a kind eye.

She produced her first foal in 2021 - a beautiful chestnut/white filly by Breckenlea Scenario, and two further fillies and a colt by him since then.

Tawna Cherie

Born 2021.  This girl is so pretty with a sweet little head, huge kind eyes and oodles of presence. She also has very showy paces. Both parents are champions, and on her few show outings, Cherie has been very successful, although bursting with attitude and therefore tricky to present well!

DNA tested as Mu/N. Amongst her full-blood siblings are mushroom licenced stallion - T Poldark, and mushroom skewbald 2022 filly - T Chantilly.

Tawna Cordelia

Born 2012. Sold as a foal, and having spent all her life so far in Shetland, Scotland and Orkney, when spotted for sale in 2025 we took the unusual step of buying Delia back.

Full sister to our very successful brood mare, Marina, we hope to produce a foal or two from Delia, although she has been reluctant thus far. She has a few show wins to her name, so might find herself in the show ring too. Photo Oct 2025
