What an absolute little heart-
He’s interested in everything and is going to be a mischief-
Florence x Rio is a new combination for us and it has worked so well that they have been matched again this year. Flossie is a lovely traditional and substantial type of mare which has married up nicely with Rio’s quality.

Palomino colt
Born 26/04/24
Sire: Tawna Champagne Charlie
Dam: Tawna Dolly Dimple
There’s always at least one mare who catches us out, and this year Dolly can make that claim. Showing no signs at all that she was anywhere near foaling, she thankfully delivered this baby safely.
Ted is a most attractive little boy with a pretty head like his mum and a wonderful front, inherited from his dad.
His new home is in Cornwall so we hope to see him out and about at the shows, along with Aloysius.

Mushroom/white filly
Born 29/04/24
Sire: Tawna Rubus
Dam: Tawna Marina
There’s no denying that Marina is a marvellous little brood mare. She and Rubus have always produced good foals for us, and this little sweetheart is their third mushroom/white. The previous ones were Truffles (now in Austria), and Flash Harry ll (licensed stallion, currently on lease, and available again from the end of next season).
Moon is small, squarely built, with such a pretty head and kind eye -

Bay/white skewbald filly
Born 02/05/24
Sire: Tawna Rubus

Freya made her entry into the world at the very civilized hour of 7pm. Mother and daughter make a very attractive pair. This is Freckle’s second foal, the previous one being bay and white Frida, also by Rubus.
Freya started bright bay, but she has darkened like her sister to a deep dark bay..
She is perfectly proportioned -
